Terms of use

These terms govern the use of jobstar.az ("JobStar"). The platform is operated by CyberStar. By creating an account you accept these terms. Updated: 28.09.2026.

1. The service

JobStar is a platform where technology vacancies are published and candidates apply to them. JobStar is not the employer and is not a party to hiring decisions.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are for people aged 16 and over.
• You are responsible for the security of your account (password, two-step verification).
• One person may hold one candidate account.

3. Content

• Profile, CV and vacancy details must be accurate.
• Discriminatory, misleading or unlawful content is prohibited.
• JobStar may decline to publish, or remove, content that does not follow the guidelines.

4. Moderation

Companies, vacancies and CVs are reviewed before publication. You are notified of the decision; to appeal, use the contact form.

5. Liability

JobStar does not warrant the accuracy of vacancy content, interview processes or hiring outcomes. The platform is provided "as is".

6. Suspension

Accounts that break the rules may be suspended with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Changes

When the terms change, the date is updated and material changes are announced by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
