Employer terms

Updated: 28.09.2026

These terms apply to company accounts in addition to the Terms of use. Updated: 28.09.2026.

1. Verification

A company must be verified before publishing vacancies. Verification requires the legal name, contact details and, where needed, a supporting document. Documents are not public and are kept only for verification.

2. Vacancies

  • Technology roles only (IT, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity and related).
  • Real, open vacancies. Fake postings for "market research" or to collect candidates are prohibited.
  • If salary information is shown, it must be accurate.
  • A vacancy closes automatically 30 days after publication (or on its application deadline).

3. Candidate data

  • Application data and CVs may be used only for hiring for that vacancy.
  • Passing candidate data to third parties, selling it or keeping it for other purposes is prohibited.
  • Rejected candidates receive a status notification; your message must be respectful.

4. Team

The company is responsible for the actions of people it invites to the account. Roles (owner, admin, recruiter, hiring manager, viewer) limit permissions.

5. Pricing

Posting is free during the launch period. Paid services are announced in advance; no service becomes paid without notice.

6. Suspension

In case of fraud, misleading postings or misuse of candidate data, the company account and all its vacancies are suspended.
