Posting guidelines

Moderation decides by these rules. Updated: 28.09.2026.

Published

• A standard job title ("SOC Analyst", "DevOps Engineer"), no shouting slogans.
• At least 200 characters of description, clear requirements, at least 3 required skills.
• Salary: a range, a minimum, "negotiable" or "not shown" — whichever you choose, it must be true.
• Posting language: Azerbaijani, English or Russian.

Not published

• Non-technology roles (sales, accounting, drivers, etc.).
• Duplicates of the same vacancy.
• Discrimination: age, gender, religion, marital status and similar requirements.
• Requests for money, "bring your own equipment" style misleading terms, MLM.
• Screening questions that ask for sensitive data.

Changes requested

Incomplete description, wrong category, salary inconsistency — the moderator leaves a note, you fix and resubmit.

Every vacancy has a "Report" link. Reports are reviewed within one business day.
